Yes, we offer a 100-day risk-free trial on select mattress models. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort after a minimum 30-day adjustment period, you can initiate a return.
What kind of warranty comes with Duroflex products?
Our mattresses come with a brand warranty ranging from 5 to 10 years depending on the model, covering manufacturing defects and structural sagging.
Are assembly services provided for bed frames and furniture?
Yes, we provide free professional assembly for all furniture items that require it. Our delivery team will either assemble the product upon delivery or schedule a technician visit within 48 hours.
